Had a perfectly pleasant stay on vacation. The apartment was close to shops restaurants, Grand Canal and vaporettas, and Riva degli Schiavoni, excellent and perfect location overall. And I was located in the heart of Venice🙂

Great value for the money, clean and comfortable room with a large, well-done bathroom. The location was superb, just a short distance from Saint Mark's Basilica. The staff, especially Alessandro, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The host, Simon, was very accommodating and provided helpful tips. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with facilities like an iron and washer/dryer. Perfect for families with kids as it is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions like the Basilica and Rialto bridge.

This place is so lit! The apartment location is straight fire, with dope cafes just steps away. The place itself is so fresh and clean, stocked with all the rad stuff like wi-fi, an electric kettle and cookware. The air conditioning is on fleek and having two bathrooms is mad useful. The owner, Alessandro, is the man – he helped us carry our heavy bags and was so chill. My wife got sick but the comfy beds made her bounce back like a boss. The property was nicely renovated and comfortably accommodated our family of five. Having two bathrooms was a plus, and being able to prepare meals for our children was convenient. the washing machine and dryer were a great addition and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our experience with the hosts before our stay was not the best. There was an excessive amount of communication, and the host was not very organized.

I recently stayed at the Saint Mark's Basilica @200 Meters hotel during my transit in Venice, and I must say I was impressed. the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was only 2.3 km away from Venezia Santa Lucia. This made it extremely convenient for me to catch my train without any hassle. being just 200 meters from the famous Saint Mark's Basilica was a true treat. I enjoyed the breathtaking view whenever I stepped out of the hotel, and it added a touch of elegance to my stay.

When I first came across the hotel in the provided database, it was €60 cheaper than the actual price I paid.

We had a fantastic stay at Saint Mark's Basilica @200 Meters. Simon, the host, was exceptional - very kind and helpful. the location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and all the attractions within easy reach. the apartment itself was amazing, with two floors and all the amenities you could ask for. It was fully renovated and everything inside was brand new.

I highly recommend this place, especially for families with kids. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

I recently stayed at this amazing property for a short-term lease and it was perfect! The host, Simon, was exceptionally kind and helpful. The location is ideal, just 200 meters away from Saint Mark's Basilica. The place itself is fully renovated and equipped with everything you could need, including a washing machine, coffee machine, and satellite TV. The two-story layout and spacious bedrooms were a plus, and the air-conditioned rooms were a welcome relief. The two bathrooms and showers, along with the washing machine and dryer, made our stay even more convenient. I would highly recommend this place to friends or any other travelers visiting Venice.
